About
"I help women understand their bodies so they can stop guessing and start working with their physiology instead of against it."
Founder & Physiologist
MS in Physiology, Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine
I'm Sarah Dirani, a physiologist specializing in women's health after 35.
Physiology is the study of how the body works and adapts. My work has focused specifically on the physiological changes women experience through midlife and the way systems such as metabolism, stress, sleep, appetite, recovery, and hormones interact.
My focus is on the individual patterns behind how a woman feels, because those patterns can look very different from one woman to another. That is the foundation of The Resilient Woman™.
I work privately with women to understand what is influencing the way they feel and function, using their individual patterns rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. We look at how their body is responding now and build a strategy around what their physiology is actually showing us.
My goal is to help women understand their bodies, know what supports them, and stop feeling like strangers in their own skin.
This is coaching, not medical care, and it is not a replacement for your doctor. No lab tests. No diagnoses. No medical claims. Just physiology, explained in a way that finally makes sense.
